The existing Ristair return policy remains available for actual orders. Confirm which terms apply to the new collection before purchasing.
Existing request window
The published legacy policy allows return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery, subject to eligibility. Exchanges depend on stock availability.
Keep the piece in original condition
The existing policy requires unused, unwashed and undamaged items, with tags and original packaging. Customised, final-sale or otherwise excluded items may not qualify.
Damage or the wrong item
The published policy asks customers to report damaged, defective, missing or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery, including their order details and supporting photos where needed.
